Senior Outreach Counselor Pomona
The Senior Outreach Counselor will provide comprehensive outreach services that include the timely and accurate dissemination of information about Cal Poly Pomona, the CPP admissions process, and the California State University to students, parents, campus constituents, and the external community. The Senior Outreach Counselor will serve as the Lead for all department outreach counselors and will assist with the onboarding and training of newly hired outreach counselors, including ongoing training and identifying professional development objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for specific programs, populations, and schools within an assigned region. The Senior Outreach Counselor plays a critical role in representing and marketing the University to prospective students, families, high school and community college personnel, community groups, and the development of external relations with schools and the community.
