- Teach graduate students in school psychology program
- Mentor graduate students in academic and professional development

- Doctorate in School Psychology or Special Education from a NASP accredited program by time of appointment
- Must be eligible for, or hold, the CA Pupil Personnel Service Credential in School Psychology
- Experience as a school psychologist in a PK-12 setting
- Expertise in School Psychology including assessment, ethics and law, special education, consultation, and individual and group counseling
- Experience working effectively in an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community
- Demonstrated potential or record of effective teaching using a variety of methodologies
- Demonstrated potential for or record of research, scholarly and/or creative activity in the area of School Psychology
- Knowledge and experience supporting PK-12 schools with the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support
- Particular expertise in bilingual and multicultural school psychology
- Licensed Psychologist, or License eligible
- NCSP Certification, or NCSP eligible
- Bilingual (Spanish)

There are components of this job which are deemed essential on campus. This position will primarily work on the main campus, with occasional work from home. This position requires working on campus with students. The health and safety of our students, faculty, and staff remain our highest priority. In the fall, students, faculty, staff, and the community can expect that masks will be required and that the appropriate degree of social distancing will be in place in all areas based on evolving guidance. Additionally, all students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to be vaccinated before coming to campus.
